Chef Paul Rogalski teams up with foraging expert Denis Manzer for a forage-to-table adventure that begins with a guided wild-edible expedition at The Saskatoon Farm. Back at Rouge, the day's harvest inspires an exclusive four-course dinner, thoughtfully paired and capped by an intimate table-side conversation with Chef Paul. The experience also includes return transportation, a culinary demonstration, and a walking tour of Rouge's edible gardens.
