Step behind the scenes at Studio Bell for a guided look at the National Music Centre’s recording facilities and rare collection. This tour is a chance to see working spaces and artifacts that are rarely available to the public, guided by NMC music educators. You will explore items spanning 450 years of music innovation, from a 16th-century Trasuntino Harpsichord to TONTO, often called the holy grail of synthesizers. The highlight is a visit to the legendary Rolling Stones Mobile Studio, where countless hit records were made. Guided by NMC music educators, the one-hour tour offers a deep dive into the technology and history behind the music. Space is limited and first-come, first-served, so it is recommended to book in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour. Recommended for ages 12 and up; strollers are not permitted.
