Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into rhythm. This evening combines a drum circle, guided meditation, and a sacred Despacho ceremony to help you release what no longer serves you and call in new intentions. Led by Kaura of LunaSoul Rhythms and Rituals and Fiona of Rocky Mountain Harmonic Egg, the session begins with group drumming to regulate the nervous system and build connection. No experience is necessary, and you are welcome to bring your own drum. The evening moves inward through meditation, followed by a traditional Andean prayer ceremony. With guidance on holding ceremonial space, you will create a sacred offering bundle to honor your gratitude and intentions before offering it to the Sacred Fire.
