Stirring It Up hosts an intimate, hands-on Italian cooking class where you make fresh pasta from scratch on a traditional manual pasta machine, then a classic homemade tiramisu. Watch live demonstrations of two homemade sauces and cook with premium imported ingredients from Calgary's own Scarpones Italian Store. The evening starts with appetizers and a welcome glass of wine, and finishes with everyone sitting down to enjoy the meal they created — plus a surprise activity in every class.
