Sound Therapy Workshop

Unison at Kerby Centre hosts a therapeutic sound therapy series facilitated by Denise Gowan of Healing Sound Bath Inc. Each 90-minute session uses harmonious vibrations and sound baths to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness. Designed for adults 50+, it's a calming drop-into-your-body experience in the Wellness Connections Centre. Advance registration is required, and attendees complete intake and waiver forms on arrival.
