Contemporary Calgary's informal drop-in art-making session for adults 55 and up returns every Wednesday afternoon in August. Bring your own project and materials, make art at your own pace, and connect with fellow artists — this month's sessions also touch on grant writing. The August 19 meetup is an off-site exhibition tour at AFA Art House, and August 26 features an on-site workshop with artist Melisa Centofanti.
