The Calgary Folk Arts Council brings its Heritage Day Festival to Eau Claire Plaza with a full afternoon celebrating more than 30 countries. Expect multicultural music and dance performances, traditional costumes, international cuisine from food vendors, cultural kiosks, and handcrafted artwork at community and artisan booths. Two playgrounds, including a sand play area, keep the kids busy — a relaxed, family-friendly day by the river.
