Brewsmith Brewing Company hosts a guided sour beer tasting led by Head Brewer Colin, walking through six of their favourite Bownesian Rhapsody sours — including the returning Watermelon Sour made with over 1000kg of freshly pureed watermelon. Attendees enjoy 2x12oz and 4x5oz pours alongside a plate of assorted charcuterie to cleanse the palate between each fruit-forward pour.
