Expect a 50-minute mat Pilates flow led by Claire Forsyth, set to a live DJ set by HEYRICHGIRLS. The vibe is playful and creative, with modifications offered throughout so you can move safely at your own pace. You’ll also have time to hang out and chat with the community before and after the class. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, water bottle, and your best energy.
