ProArts Society's free noon-hour concert series welcomes blues legend Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne to the Cathedral Church of the Redeemer. With more than 60 years on stage, a Juno Award, seven Maple Blues Awards and a spot in the Boogie-Woogie Piano Hall of Fame, the Calgary-based pianist is a master of boogie-woogie and a dozen styles beyond it. Presented in co-operation with the Calgary Blues Music Association and Calgary International Bluesfest, it's a relaxed lunchtime escape downtown.
