The Alexander Gonzalez Trio brings modern Canadian jazz to Heliopolis' Jazz Friday, led by Venezuelan-born, Calgary-raised pianist Alexander Gonzalez with his classical and Latin jazz sensibilities. He's joined by JUNO-nominated drummer Sanah Kadoura and award-winning bassist Jeff Gammon for a dynamic, instrumental set. Expect emotionally resonant, technically thrilling playing in a relaxed downtown cocktail lounge. All ticket proceeds go to the musicians.
