Voices in the Art (VIA) Workshops: Create, Express, Be Heard

Run by The Immigrant Education Society (TIES), this three-day art workshop series invites newcomer 2SLGBTQIA+ youth to create, express, and be heard. Across the sessions, participants explore newcomer experiences, gender-based violence, and navigating intersecting identities while making artwork together. Cohort 2 runs three consecutive evenings, and a $150 honorarium (or $50 per session attended) is offered as a thank-you. Free to attend, with advance registration required via Showpass.
