StoryBook Theatre caps its Student Summer Intensive Program with Hadestown: Teen Edition, a teen-cast staging of Anaïs Mitchell's Tony-winning folk- and jazz-inspired musical. The show reimagines the intertwined Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone in a gritty industrial underworld where hope and fear collide. Directed by Joel Schaefer with choreography by Madison Arnason and musical direction by Ethan Vasquez Taylor, the run alternates between rotating Overworld and Underworld casts.
