Calgary Roadrunners closes out the fall with this late-season cross-country trail race through scenic South Edworthy Park, part of the club's long-running Grand Prix Series. Runners tackle 4 km and 8 km courses over wooded trails and hills with all the classic winter footing — expect mud, ice, and uneven ground, so trail shoes or spikes are recommended. There's a 1 km kids' fun run before the main races, and a post-race social with hot soup and beverages to celebrate the season.
