The University of the Philippines Alumni Association of Alberta presents the North American premiere of Little Mermaid, a Filipino musical produced by Flipside Theatre Collective, staged at Arts Commons' Big Secret Theatre. This community production celebrates Filipino performing arts, with proceeds supporting UPAAA scholarships for post-secondary Filipino students in Calgary and arts initiatives in the Philippines. A one-night showcase of Filipino theatre talent on Stephen Avenue.
