Try your hand at embroidery in the historic Conservatory at Lougheed House, where residents of the past once did their own handicrafts. An experienced facilitator guides beginners through the basics — jump rings, wire links and more — as you stitch one of three vintage-inspired designs: roses, strawberries or a bird. All supplies are included, so just bring yourself and settle in for an afternoon of crafting in good company.
