Tasting Plates Food Tours turns dumplings into a city-wide crawl, sending you between a lineup of Calgary restaurants to sample everything from Chinese soup dumplings and Nepalese momos to Indian kofta, Korean mandu, Mexican empanadas and Vietnamese potstickers. Each participating spot serves up tasting plates, and you make your way between them at your own pace by car or transit. A tasty, self-guided way to graze across cuisines in one evening.
