Russell DeCarle brings an intimate afternoon of southern soul, jazz, blues, old-school country, and western swing to the Red Deer Lake OTE Concerts series. The former Prairie Oyster lead vocalist and bassist has a long Canadian roots-music resume, including six Juno Awards and more than a dozen Canadian Country Music Awards with the band. Food and refreshments are available during the concert series.
