Canadian blues-rock legend Colin James brings his high-energy blues, roots and rock to the Big Four Roadhouse for a Calgary Stampede headline set. Across a 35-year career, James has released 21 studio albums and earned eight Juno Awards and 31 Maple Blues Awards, with multi-platinum sales and a 1988 debut that was the fastest-selling album in Canadian history. His latest record, 'Chasing the Sun,' features collaborations with Lucinda Williams, harmonica great Charlie Musselwhite, and players who've backed Miles Davis and the Rolling Stones.
