An intimate South Indian supper club hosted by Kalpana Gowri, welcoming a maximum of eight guests for an evening of authentic vegetarian thali dining. The evening moves from hot masala chai and regional appetisers through a multi-dish thali built on family recipes and aromatic spices, then finishes with a traditional dessert and freshly brewed filter coffee. Between courses the host shares the stories behind each dish and the culinary traditions of South India. This is the first gathering of ANNAM_YYC, a curated series that explores a different region of India at each dinner.
