Wordfest gathers to honour the life and legacy of celebrated Ojibwe author and former Calgary Herald columnist Richard Wagamese. Broadcaster and Wagamese's “chosen sister” Shelagh Rogers joins acclaimed writer David A. Robertson to reflect on his work, including the newly released Starlight—the coda to his novel Medicine Walk. An evening of stories and remembrance for one of Canada's most beloved literary voices.
