Indians and Cowboys is a theatre-film hybrid that takes nearly 100-year-old Hollywood western footage and remixes it live, with a Calgary cast performing the soundtrack — voicing, music, and yodelling — beneath the silver screen. Directed by Michelle Thrush with music and video by Peter Moller, the show was a sold-out hit at the 2024 High Performance Rodeo and is now embarking on a national tour, presented by the Calgary Folk Music Festival. Five performances run Wednesday through Saturday at Festival Hall, including a Saturday matinee.
