All Sport One Community and Sport Calgary present a free women and girls self-defence session at the Genesis Centre. This hands-on workshop teaches practical self-defence skills in a safe, supportive space — no experience needed, all skill levels welcome. Community partners include Trellis Society, Zalmi Society, Planet Youth and the Pamir Canadian Multiculturalism Council. Free event — advance registration required via the QR code on the event poster.
