A hands-on beginner class at Sammie's Cafe where you'll make three types of fresh pasta from scratch — gnocchi, ravioli, and a classic long noodle — using a manual pasta machine and rolling techniques. Every guest goes home with a vacuum-sealed bag of each variety. Curated cocktails, local beers, and snack boards are available to enjoy while you create alongside fellow art enthusiasts.
