A special Fringe edition of the Calgary Poetry Slam, hosted by Matt Miller. Six poets are chosen by random draw to each perform two original three-minute poems — no props, costumes, or music — while randomly selected audience judges score every round and cash prizes go to the top finishers. Anyone can put their name in the draw to compete, and ticket proceeds support the Writers' Guild of Alberta and the Calgary Poetry Slam.
