ChamberFest West's Continental Drifts festival returns to the Bella Concert Hall for a program spanning centuries. The Catalan Baroque of José & Juan Bautista Plà opens, followed by Calgary composer Vincent Ho's Gryphonsong, Aaron Copland's Pulitzer Prize–winning Appalachian Spring, and Antonín Dvořák's exuberant String Quintet in E-flat major — his first Calgary-relevant American-inspired chamber work. Featured musicians include Anthony Marwood, Kerson Leong, Roman Rabinovich, Blake Pouliot, Diana Cohen, and Zoltán Fejérvári.
