The Case for Comedy - an evening with Charlie Demers

What if humour isn’t just a distraction from faith, but a necessary part of it? Charlie Demers explores this idea in a new stand-up show that blends his comedic sensibility with his experience as a practicing Anglican. A two-time Juno-nominated comedian, voice actor, and radio broadcaster, Demers brings his signature wit to the stage. This evening is a chance to see how he navigates the space between comedy and conviction, offering a perspective that might surprise you. Ideal for fans of thoughtful stand-up and anyone curious about the intersection of faith and fun.
