You’ll move into intuitive dance to reconnect with your body, followed by gentle eye-gazing exercises to explore vulnerability and being seen. At the heart of the circle is a holding experience where participants can ask for what they need—whether that’s physical presence, a hand on the shoulder, or simply being held in space. Touch is entirely optional, with clear consent and boundaries honoured throughout. We close with a ritual of release and a final dance to reclaim your inner strength and power.
