Trumpeter André Wickenheiser brings his quartet to Parkdale United Church's sanctuary stage for a night of original jazz as part of the Summer Jazz in the Garden series. A Mount Royal and McGill-trained composer, Wickenheiser is one of Calgary's top jazz trumpet players and a familiar face on the local scene. Open seating with doors at 6:30 pm; admission is by free-will offering (suggested $20 cash donation).
