International Avenue's third annual Wheels Fest turns the district into a celebration of everything that rolls — cars, bikes, skateboards, roller skates, wheelchairs, transit and even unicycles. The day pairs mobility-themed activities with a self-guided art tour along the avenue, making for a laid-back, all-ages afternoon out in southeast Calgary.
