Walking tour: Burns, Birds, & Buckbrush

Take a slow, scenic stroll through Fish Creek Provincial Park and get to know the landscape a little better. This one-hour walking tour offers a chance to observe local native plants and wildlife while learning about the park's history and stewardship. Meet at the Bow Valley Ranch Visitor Centre. The group is limited to 25 participants, so spots may fill up. Tours run rain or shine, though severe weather or low registration may result in a cancellation. Come dressed for the weather and bring closed-toe walking shoes. It’s a good idea to pack sunscreen, bug spray, and a water bottle for the walk. Friends members and volunteers receive a discount on the fee.
