Calgary honky-tonk hero Tom Phillips kicks off his Canadian tour with his band The D.T.'s (Difficult Transitions), a fixture of the local roots scene whose songwriting has been covered by blues artist Eric Bibb. This afternoon set features longtime collaborators Tim Leacock, Ian Grant, Geoff Brock and sisters Shaye and Sydney Zadravec.
