This pre-season skills camp is led by Ambrose Lions coaches and varsity athletes, built to help girls in grades 7–10 shake off the summer rust and sharpen every part of their game. Campers work through all aspects of volleyball, refine technique, and build confidence and momentum heading into their school season. All players welcome.
