The Confluence's public Indigenous Allyship workshop blends a session on giving a meaningful land acknowledgment, a guided walking tour of the land at key landmarks, and an afternoon of storytelling and Q&A with a Treaty 7 Elder or Knowledge Keeper. Developed with Blackfoot Knowledge Keeper Otsskoipiiks'aakii Paula Smith of Piikani Nation, it's built for professionals and small groups looking to foster more respectful, inclusive workplaces on the path to reconciliation. Pack a lunch — the session runs a full four hours with a short break.
