The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre kicks off its Alberta Culture Days and Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations with a hands-on Sweet Rice Ball (tangyuan) workshop. Learn to make these traditional festive treats by hand while discovering the customs behind the Mid-Autumn Festival.
