Commemoration of the 110th Anniversary of the Battle of the Somme

Join Calgary Salutes and The Military Museums to mark the 110th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme. This lecture explores the specific contributions of four Calgary-based units—Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, Lord Strathcona’s Horse, The Calgary Highlanders, and The King’s Own Calgary Regiment—during the 141-day conflict of 1916.
