Volunteer instructor Pamela troubleshoots everyday problems — setting up email and social media, chasing down mystery glitches, getting photos and videos to load — and teaches the basics of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint plus free office-software alternatives, all in plain, jargon-free language.
