Sundog Storytellers brings a double bill to the Calgary Fringe Festival, pairing two short plays rooted in roadside culture — truck stops, diners, and long-haul travellers. MudFlap Girl unpacks the story behind the silhouetted woman who began appearing on truck mudflaps in 1971, while Strawberry Pie gathers three women from different eras of sex work for a moment of shared recognition at an all-night diner. Written by Sya Sen and directed by Joti Janda, the production runs about 60 minutes.
