NMC Tours: Backstage Pass

Step behind the scenes at Studio Bell for an exclusive look at where Canadian music history is made. This one-hour tour offers a rare glimpse into the working recording facilities and the stories behind the National Music Centre’s most treasured artifacts. Guided by NMC’s music educators, you’ll explore items spanning 450 years of innovation, from a 16th-century Trasuntino Harpsichord to TONTO, the legendary synthesizer. You’ll also get up close to the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio, the site of countless hit records. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Space is limited and first-come, first-served, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Strollers are not permitted on the tour.
