Omatsuri – Calgary Japanese Festival 2026

The Calgary Japanese Community Association marks 15 years of Omatsuri with a two-day celebration of Japanese culture inside and outside Max Bell Centre. Expect thunderous Taiko drumming, traditional performances, a night-market-style outdoor grounds, and a packed lineup of Japanese food, drink, and artisan vendors. It's one of Calgary's friendliest cultural festivals — easy for families to wander, eat their way through, and pick up something unique.
