Zadie Xa with Benito Mayor Vallejo | Moonlit Confessions Across Deep Sea Echoes: Your Ancestors Are Whales, and Earth Remembers Everything

Esker Foundation presents the first major solo exhibition in Alberta by Vancouver-born, London-based artist Zadie Xa, made in collaboration with Benito Mayor Vallejo. Xa builds vivid, immersive installations spanning painting, textiles, sculpture, light, and sound, weaving her Korean heritage and West Coast upbringing into narratives of interspecies communication, shamanism, folklore, and marine ecology. The show continues the Turner Prize-nominated project first seen at Sharjah Biennial 16. Free admission at the Inglewood gallery.
