All Sport One Community hosts a free, beginner-friendly martial arts session for the whole family in the Genesis Centre's Multi-purpose Room B. Open to parents and children aged 6 and up, it's built to be welcoming and fun for anyone trying martial arts for the first time — no experience needed, just show up and move together. Community partners include Sport Calgary, Trellis Society, and the Pamir Canadian Multiculturalism Council. Free to attend; spots must be reserved in advance via the QR code on the event poster.
