The inaugural gathering of Bank & Baron's new monthly guided whisky tasting series, held around shared community tables beneath the chandeliers of the historic pub's Chandelier Room. A knowledgeable whisky representative walks guests through four distinct Canadian expressions, exploring their ingredients, production, history and flavour profiles. Whisky-friendly bites are served buffet-style partway through, and no previous whisky knowledge is required.
