A 20-hour immersive weekend certification in SOMAMVMNT, a somatic movement practice rooted in breath, sound, fascia work and music. Led by facilitator Lindsay Hainstock, the training covers somatic movement principles, creative sequencing, the nervous system arc, embodied cueing and practice teaching. Open to yoga teachers, wellness practitioners and anyone wanting to deepen their personal practice — no previous SOMAMVMNT experience required.
