Each month near the full moon, Yoga Passage hosts an immersive somatic ceremony weaving guided somatic meditation, shadow work, SOMAMVMNT, breathwork and a felt-sense sound immersion. Facilitated by Lindsay Hainstock, each gathering is shaped by the energy of the current lunar cycle to help you embody and integrate in community. Dress to move and bring a yoga mat, water bottle and pen.
