The Sinopec Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival returns to North Glenmore Park for its 34th year, pairing high-energy racing on the reservoir with a full weekend of multicultural celebration. Cheer on more than 1,850 paddlers, then wander the Dragon Marketplace with 50+ local vendors and 15 food trucks, catch main-stage performances and lion & dragon dance troupes, and let the kids loose in the Trico Homes Play Zone. Family-friendly beer gardens by Marda Loop Brewing round out one of Calgary's biggest free summer festivals.
