The Open Door Project: Community Scrapbook & Zine Workshop

A youth-led, drop-in community art workshop where you create an original page for a collaborative Calgary community zine. Organized by local high school students through the Weston Frontlines program, it invites everyone to explore identity, culture, belonging, and community through drawing, writing, collage, and mixed media. All materials, creative prompts, and a photo booth are provided, and no artistic experience is needed. Free event, but advance registration is required via the Eventbrite listing and the project's registration form (participants under 18 need parent/guardian consent).
