ProArts@Noon: Bruce Petherick, Contemporary Piano

Vancouver-based pianist and composer Bruce Petherick visits Calgary for the long-running ProArts@Noon midweek lunch-hour recital series at the Cathedral Church of the Redeemer. His program threads memories of childhood and child-like wonder through selections from Debussy's Children's Corner alongside excerpts from his own Suite for Kalem. Petherick leads the postmodern classical ensemble Crimson Crescendo and serves as Artistic Director of the White Rock Symphony Orchestra.
