Looking for a supportive space for your daughter to try a new sport? The EmpowerHER Rugby Summer Program is a beginner-friendly, non-contact rugby experience designed specifically for girls ages 9 to 16. In a safe and inclusive environment, participants will develop fundamental rugby skills while building confidence, leadership, and teamwork.
