WC Sound Therapy

A therapeutic sound-therapy workshop led by facilitator Evgeniya Knyazheva of Joy and Vitality, running as a three-session series for Unison's Active Aging community. Each 90-minute session uses harmonious vibrations and immersive sound to guide participants into deep relaxation, inner harmony, and self-discovery. Designed as a holistic wellness practice, sessions support stress reduction, mindfulness, and gentle energy renewal. Advance registration is required and first-time attendees should arrive early to complete intake and waiver forms.
